This Week’s Meal Plan

This Week, I decided to try another budget meal plan and include what items I have on hand and what items I need to purchase. The reality is that we only have two people in our family, so we typically cook our dinners to serve four, and eat two servings for our dinner and package up the other two for the next day’s lunch. This helps our budget while saving time on fixing lunches for work each morning. My goal is to have lunches packed for the next day before I go to bed each night. Granted, it does not always happen, but it’s a good goal that saves me time when it does.
